DIY Tabletop or porch lanterns

DIY lanterns – Cheap and Easy Front Porch ideas

I know spring is coming and we are so eager to start decorating our front porches. Today I am going to share a fun indoor or outdoor DIY project that is great for a dining room tabletop or on a front porch. We are making DIY tabletop or porch lanterns. I have always wanted a set of these lanterns or candle holders, but they are so expensive. Instead of buying them, we are going to make them ourselves.

Dollar Tree Canvas project that is so easy

Even though I am going to most likely make these DIY lanterns for my front porch I am certain that I will use them inside my home on my kitchen bar or dining room table to create a beautiful dining room centerpiece.

My style is a mix of farmhouse, boho, shabby chic, rustic, and a little bit of mystery! The mystery part is where my creative ideas come into the mix. I think these DIY tabletop or porch lanterns will be a perfect addition to your home decor style and will blend in with your current home decor nicely.

Kirkland’s inspired lantern DIY

During a recent visit to my local Kirkland’s store, I saw these gorgeous lanterns, and I knew they were not in my budget so I decided right then I was going to make them myself using items that were much more affordable and I would be able to be creative in the process. These really will be the perfect front porch decor or a wonderful addition to your dining room table centerpiece.

Because this is a secret project only for Creative Haven members, I won’t be sharing the tutorial publicly so if you want to make this with us you will need to become a member of the Creative Haven VIP you can do that here!
